Setting new standards with the organic marketing mix

Another trend that will take hold this year is the organic marketing mix. This is an important component of corporate strategies that are oriented towards natural, i.e. non-paid, marketing strategies. Unlike the conventional marketing mix, which relies on paid advertising such as print ads, television and radio commercials, the organic marketing mix focuses on using content and social media platforms to reach the desired target audience.
Today, we will look at the different elements of the organic marketing mix and how to use them properly for a successful application.
The organic marketing mix is composed of the following elements:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation): SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is the term for measures with which a website appears as high as possible in the search engine results. This includes, for example, optimising the meta tags and the content of the website, but also improving the user-friendliness and generating backlinks from other websites.
2. Social media: Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter offer the opportunity to interact directly with potential customers and convince them of one's own products or services. It is important to establish an active presence on the desired platforms and to regularly post interesting and relevant content.
3. Influencer marketing: influencers are people with a large following on social networks who are considered opinion leaders or trendsetters. Companies can use influencers to spread their marketing messages by providing products or participating in advertising campaigns.
4. Content marketing: in content marketing, topic-specific content is created and disseminated to attract the attention of potential customers and ultimately convince them. Examples are blog articles, videos or infographics.
5. Email marketing: email marketing is the use of emails as a marketing channel. For example, companies can send newsletters or personalised emails to their customers to inform them about news or to make them offers.
In order to successfully apply the organic marketing mix, it is important that companies know their target group well and thereby understand which content is relevant to them. It is also important to produce new content on a regular basis. In this way, it is possible to react to current trends and developments. Close cooperation with influencers and industry experts can also contribute to the success of the organic marketing mix.
Compared to paid marketing strategies, the organic marketing mix offers many advantages overall. For example, it is more cost-effective and can contribute to stronger customer loyalty through authentic content that is interesting for the target group. However, to be successful, the use of organic marketing measures usually requires more time and commitment.
