Leadership through emotional intelligence


The digital transformation and a fundamental change in values in today's society are creating completely new working worlds with changed conditions, requirements and employee needs. Companies that want to successfully and profitably master the new working world 4.0 must respond to the challenges with adapted leadership. This is crucial for the company's success, because a pleasant and positive working atmosphere increases efficiency and motivates employees to do things that go beyond their daily tasks. Studies show that creating a positive climate through successful leadership accounts for an increase of 20-30 % in company successes.


Digitalization brings us new techniques and methods and creates efficient ways to design processes and workflows. The clear difference between people and technology are emotions.
